Longevity: Evidence-Led Healthy Ageing

Healthy ageing is not a single product or protocol. It is the long-term work of protecting physical function, brain health and cardiometabolic health while making decisions based on evidence rather than novelty.

What belongs in a sensible longevity plan

  • Preventive care and management of blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes and other conditions.
  • Regular aerobic activity, strength training, balance and mobility.
  • A nourishing eating pattern, adequate sleep and avoiding tobacco.
  • Connection, purpose and mental wellbeing.
  • Age-appropriate screening and vaccinations discussed with a clinician.

How to handle anti-ageing claims

Look for the exact outcome, the human trial, the duration of follow-up and the full safety information. An intervention that changes a laboratory marker or works in animals has not necessarily been shown to improve healthspan or lifespan in people.

Future Health Guide does not present investigational peptides as proven anti-ageing treatments or provide instructions for self-use.
