Health Reviews: Evidence, Safety & Transparency

Our reviews are designed to help you investigate health products and services with a clear head. They are not endorsements, and they are never a replacement for clinical advice.

How we review

  1. Evidence: What reliable human research supports the claimed outcome?
  2. Safety: What are the known risks, contraindications and uncertainties?
  3. Regulatory status: Is it an authorised medicine, a regulated consumer product, or an investigational/unregulated item?
  4. Transparency: Are price, sourcing, conflicts and limitations clearly stated?
  5. Practical value: Does it offer a meaningful benefit beyond the basics of care and lifestyle?

Future Health Guide does not recommend buying injectable peptides from unregulated sellers. A product’s online popularity is not evidence of quality or suitability.

Read with context

Health decisions are personal. A review can identify questions to ask, but a qualified professional is best placed to assess your health history, other medicines and goals.

Read our peptide safety framework before considering products promoted for weight loss, recovery or longevity.

How we handle commercial product pages

Where a page contains paid links, we disclose that clearly at the top and beside relevant links. We do not describe a product as personally tested unless we explain the testing method and show the basis for that claim. Our comparison pages assess published specifications, stated use, safety information, price and suitability for a defined reader need; they are not medical endorsements.
