Editorial Policy

Our standard is evidence before hype. Future Health Guide publishes educational information, not diagnosis, treatment plans, prescriptions or product endorsements.

Source and evidence standard

We prioritise regulators, official product information, systematic reviews, clinical guidance and peer-reviewed human research. We identify important limitations when evidence is early-stage, based on animals or laboratory work, observational, or not directly relevant to the outcome being discussed.

Health and safety claims

We do not present a research compound, supplement or device as a cure, guaranteed result or replacement for medical care. We avoid dosing and self-administration instructions for peptides and direct readers to a qualified clinician or pharmacist for individual decisions.

Updates and corrections

Health evidence and regulatory information can change. We review material when important new safety, regulatory or evidence information becomes available. If you believe a page is inaccurate or unclear, email contact@futurehealthguide.com with the page URL and supporting source.

Affiliate and advertising transparency

Commercial links are disclosed on the relevant page and in our Affiliate Disclosure. Advertising or affiliate relationships do not determine our conclusions. We do not accept payment to present an unapproved product as safe, effective or appropriate for personal use.

Editorial accountability
